I wish I could nothing else but characterize the product, but I can't. This is just a warning about The Room Doctor. They expensed my reputation card 8 weeks ago and when I finally called about the status of my frame they said it will go out in a few days, they were still working on it. Well, they sure didn't have to work very long to fee my reputation card. I canceled my order and decided to order from a reputable company. I know this space should be reserved for reviews of the product, but I think a warning about this business is just as important.
